The product I ordered was exactly what I wanted. I am mid- kitchen remodel and have been ordering tons of things. Unfortunately, this item, a rather minor one in the scheme of things arrived when I was out of the house. Purolator was the shipper and would not leave the package without a signature. Had I known I would have left a signed note or made arrangement to be home. Since I didn't know it was a hassle for me in the midst of a very busy time. Better communication from Sinksdirect.
