As the product was defective I was disappointed that there was a shipping charge
Fantastic customer service! The hot/cold indicator on our sink fell off, so I contacted Sinks Direct about getting a replacement. Our sink was purchased years ago, and unfortunately I no longer had the receipt. They were incredibly helpful and said they would send the part for free — I would just pay the shipping. They even provided a direct link to the exact part, and the shipping ended up being free too! We received it within three days. Such a simple process and such amazing customer service.
