We appreciated the communication and support we had from Sinks Direct. We needed new replacement parts for our faucet. Sinksdirect was very helpful with sending us clear videos on how to install our spray hose. As well, our nozzle started to leak as it was stripped and Sinks Direct supported us through that as well and did not charge us for the new nozzle. Much appreciated!
Contacted support to get a replacement spout hose for kitchen faucet. They sent me one free of cost just had to pay $20 shipping since it was under warranty. Received the wrong one first H25 instead of H22 that didn’t fit perfectly but support helped me to get the proper one later on free of cost. Overall, pretty happy with their product and customer service.
